Appointment Cancellation Policy
Booking an appointment is a commitment to honoring the cancellation fee. A fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged as a deposit. Deposits are Non Refundable. If you need to reschedule, do so within 48 hours of your appointment. You can only reschedule your appointment once. Failure to reschedule your appointment within 48h prior to your appointment time or no-showing will result in a 50% deposit charge of the service booked. Showing up later than 15 minutes to your appointment will result in a modified treatment charged at full price of the service booked or cancellation of your appointment. Membership Cancellation Policy
There is a commitment of 3 months minimum for membership. Cancelling before the 3-month period will result in the loss of the membership discount. The charge will be applied to the card on file.
Product Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on any open or used product. If your product is unopened and unused and falls within the acceptable returns policy, we will review the item and may accept the returns for up to 30 days after purchasing with a valid receipt and upon approval, will reimburse you with an in-store credit.

RETURNS CAN NOT BE MADE ON ANY OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT PRODUCTS WILL BEST WORK FOR YOU, CLINICAL RECOMMENDATIONS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR SERVICES.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please make sure the address you've entered for shipping is correct.
We package our shipments very carefully but there is always a chance that something will happen along the way during delivery. Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately (1-2 days) if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item. Also please include a photo as this will help expedite the issuance of a return label.
We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages that have already been marked as "delivered".
