All appointments must be made online via our booking platform Vagaro. A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment. We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments made over the phone will require a 50% deposit. -
We use high-quality, effective products, and carry products suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. During your facial, we assess your skin type and customize treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness.

If you are experiencing an eczema flare-up, we recommend waiting to book a facial until the flare-up has subsided.

To ensure radiant skin and best results on your special day, it is recommended to start getting monthly facials 6 months before your wedding date. This varies based on skin condition and concerns.

We recommend getting a facial every 4 to 6 weeks. This aligns with the skin’s natural regeneration cycle and helps maintain a healthy, glowing complexion. However, your ideal frequency may vary based on your skin goals, concerns (like acne, aging, or hyperpigmentation), and the specific treatment you're receiving.

It’s essential to follow a consistent skincare routine tailored to your skin type and the treatments you’ve received.

Yes, we won't use devices or ingredients that are not safe for pregnant women. You should avoid ingredients like retinoids, salicylic acid, TCA, essential oil, microcurrent, botox or fillers.

Simple — book a service or a consultation with us! The $80 consultation fee will be applied toward the products purchased.
We will examine, treat, and make product recommendations for you, based exclusively on you and your skin. We go over every single detail of your skin, history, habits, and lifestyle to ensure you have a protocol that will work for you. -
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit left for the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please either do so on your own via our booking platform or notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
If you are unable to reschedule your appointment on your own on our booking platform, please reach out to us via email. No-show appointments will result in your deposit being forfeited as the cancellation fee. -
We do not accept returns on any open or used product. If your product is unopened and unused and falls within the acceptable returns policy, we will review the item and may accept the return for up to 30 days after purchasing with a valid receipt and, upon approval, will reimburse you with an in-store credit.
